The hotel was easy to get to from Union station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly and quick to refill food and drinks. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. They had a great shower and full fridge. The hotel is close to attractions like Capitol building, the 16th street mall (which has a free mall bus to get to the lodo area) and lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel bar staff were friendly and there was an evening happy hour which was great! We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel and stay here again!

Booked and busy so we had to wait for a room to be clean. However, it wasn’t a problem. Valet took our car and held our luggage. Staff was informative and friendly. We waited in lobby and had coffee and a snack while we waited. Breakfast staff was always accommodating and friendly. Staff throughout stay was friendly as well. We were able to get a pack and play for our baby and enjoy the pool with our toddler. Did laundry in basement but dryer wasn’t the strongest to dry our clothing so we had to take it a bit damp. Overall, great location for the city and stay.

It was nice to have the option to cook a home cooked meal, especially on snowy days. Enough to see and do within walking distance. Also central enough to catch a ride to wherever we were going. It was fun to see the football game one night and the basketball fans the next day. Enjoyed the breakfast selection and the staff was top notch! The greeting and conversation was a good start to every morning. PS There are at least four washers and dryers working on the premises.

It's nice to have the option to clean your clothes while on vacation.Our studio room had a well equipped kitchen with a full size fridge. There were plenty of elevators which virtually eliminated any wait time. We visited the hotel bar as well. The mixed drinks we ordered were great! We would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately, the pool and spa weren't available during our visit due to maintenance. The breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT!! We will DEFINATELY be back!
